Core project information
A useful RFQ should describe the dust source, equipment list, process flow, airflow estimate, temperature, moisture, operating schedule, collection point quantity and local emission target.
If the project is a retrofit, include photos of the old equipment, existing ductwork, fan information and the main problems you want to solve.
- Workshop photos, layout drawings or process flow diagrams.
- Airflow, dust type, temperature and humidity.
- Voltage standard, installation space and emission requirement.
- Preferred delivery mode, spare parts request and project deadline.
Why complete information matters
Incomplete data often leads to repeated communication, inaccurate equipment sizing and unexpected installation issues after shipment.
When the supplier receives clear project information early, the proposal can include better equipment selection, duct suggestions, packing strategy and maintenance planning.
